SMS Terms

These terms cover the text messages CHAD Software Development & Consulting Inc. ("we," "us," or "our") sends to people who ask us about our services and agree to receive texts.
1. The Program
Program name: CHAD Software Development & Consulting Inc. lead follow-up and appointment reminders.
When you ask us about our services, for example through a form on our website or one of our ads, and tick the box agreeing to receive texts, we may text you to follow up on your enquiry and to remind you about calls you have booked with us.
Agreeing to receive texts is optional. It is not a condition of buying anything from us.
2. Message Frequency
Message frequency varies, up to 4 msgs/month.
3. Costs
Message and data rates may apply. Check with your mobile carrier for details of your plan.
4. Opting Out and Getting Help
Reply STOP to opt out at any time. We will send one text confirming you have been unsubscribed, and then no more.
